Families with in-depth questions about our services can book an initial consultation at half the normal hourly rate.
(The initial consultation rate does not apply to transfer students, rising seniors after July 15th each year, nor students still in middle school)

CCA requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. If you need to reschedule, leave a voicemail at 650-324-8478 with your full name, date of appointment, phone number, and reason for rescheduling, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Appointments missed without sufficient notice may incur a charge.

Our office manager answers the phone in the late afternoon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Appointment times with our counselors are flexible and include evenings and some weekends.
